The hotel is lovely and absolutely great, managed by affable people. Our guest room was neat with a really nice breakfast included. the location is excellent and favorable, right next door to the Cathedral and the beautiful Santa Maria degli Angeli. It's within walking distance of a basilica and a chapel, and just minutes away from a Papal minor basilica. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

everything was good, including friendly staff and favourable location so close to church. we appreciated our amazingly comfortable room with really nice breakfast. location: the hotel was right by the restaurant, and railway station. and there was antica madia pizza&food with short-orders minutes from the venue, super convenient.

It is a great property located in Santa Maria degli Angeli district close to restaurants and the train stop. the place has a marvelous and absolutely perfect location really close to the train station. - They offer comfy, nice rooms with a really nice breakfast and a great balcony. - Guests have all their needs satisfied by the friendly and excellent staff.

The location was marvelous, very close to Palazzo Capitano del Perdono. I truly enjoyed the fact that a bus stop was very close to the hotel. - the staff team was incredibly nice. - the rooms were exceptionally nice and equipped with a really nice breakfast and a great balcony. - the bathroom had hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets.

I got so much bang for my buck at this place! The value was incredible. The room was clean, well-equipped, and even had a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, where a quick ride would take me to the travel center. The staff treated me with patience and encouragement, despite my limited Italian skills. Thank you for making me feel welcome!

The morning meal could use some improvement. I wish there were more options for breakfast besides the basic cakes, juice, and coffee.

Delightful street in S. Maria degli Angeli, close to Assisi. Family-owned restaurant in the same building, beautiful and affordable. - Clean and well equipped room with a beautiful balcony. - Perfect location, only 5 minutes to the bus stop. - Friendly owners who were patient and encouraging, despite language barriers. - Easy access to the traveling center via city bus

Breakfast was too sweet and the cakes were rather stale. Set menu for dinner was very ordinary, recommend ordering from the menu

The value for money at this B&B was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. The room was nice and cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the train station and away from the bustling center. The staff, especially Francesco and his team, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The added bonus of having a delicious and affordable restaurant in the same building made dining a breeze.
